Grass Valley and Nevada City are located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains, about 2,500 ft. elevation in Northern California. We are about an hour from Sacramento and an hour to some of the best ski and recreation resorts in the west.

Grass Valley and Nevada City are tied together by the Golden Center Freeway, which was completed in the mid 1960’s in order to make travel between the two towns more convenient.
