The Ballroom

The Ballroom features an open, 5,700 square foot space, adorned with 30-foot mosaic pillars and a state-of-the-art, Broadway-quality audio/visual system, complete with a 22' x 22' roll-down projection screen.

For a banquet setting, the space can provide accommodations for up to 300 guests comfortably; an auditorium setting will have room for up to 500 guests, and a cocktail setting will accommodate up to 630 guests.

41 Broad Street houses a number of additional spaces available for rent: our brand new, 5,000-square-foot gymnasium and 25-meter pool, a 540- square-foot-conference room, and a number of classrooms/breakout rooms. Production Specification

The Broad Street Ballroom's Production Systems are professional-quality systems rivaling those of premiere nightclubs and theatres. The system was designed to be appropriate for presentations of all types, including but not limited to assemblies, music concerts, corporate seminars, theatrical events, religious services, and press conferences. Additionally, the systems have been customized to be completely flexible so as to allow for easy integration of additional equipment required for larger events or outside promotions.
