Damage and Cleaning Deposit

 A  $250.00   Deposit is required and must be paid before your Event date is Guaranteed.

  This deposit is refunded within a few days if the hall is left undamaged and as it was when you rented it.

Daily Rentals.

Daily Rate.  $550.00   Must be paid 30 days prior to your scheduled event.

   Payments  must be made with Money Orders,Cashiers Check or Cash. (No personal checks) 



             Whats included in your rental price.

  The Club House supplies the following items at no extra charge.


    13   Tables      6' x 3' rectangular.     Each table seats  8        (Large plastic Type)   

      3    Tables      8' x 3' rectangular.     Each table seats  10     (Large plastic Type) 


        Chairs          On rolling carrier carts for easy distribution and pick up.

         If your decoration needs require chair covers you will need the following information.

           We now have 100 chairs that require x-tra large chair covers. 

            Or Some call them Lifetime Chairs

     Men and Woman's Rest rooms.   

      Completely stocked with :     Liquid soap, paper towels and toilet paper.

    Full Kitchen :   Double sink, Stove and Full sized refrigerator with freezer.

  

   Dance Floor and Stage Area.

      Use as a dance floor with the band or  D J  right there with you.

      Or you can decorate it for your someone's  special needs. 

      Dance Floor         12 ft.  by  12 ft.

      Stage Area          12  1/2 ft.  by  6 1/2  Ft.

    Total Hall Dimensions (decorating area) 56 ft.by 36 ft

Special Event Insurance or General Liability Insurance may be required with $1,000,000 occurence and $2,000,000 aggregate limits naming our facility as additional insured by endorsement.
