General Information:
Centrally located to the region. Never planning on doing weddings people started asking so we decided to provide that, Wedding's here have become popular with the property providing this interesting environment & whimsical atmosphere. The walkways, Fountains,, & Flower Beds, etc.. Your rental comes with the use of the old barn, the Apple Shed, the loafing Shed, The chicken house if necessary,, it comes with an outdoor stage and dance area, 2 burn pits, & lawn areas, the trees and landscaping have twinkle & flood lights all over the place. It makes for a great indoor outdoor environment. Swing all the doors open meander, roam, create little groups, sing, dance, have cake, toast & begin this new journey. We have incredible sunsets, & fantastic stars. And remember we also too sometimes have rain. Setup an Appointment to view the property. It'd be great to have you.
There are a # of things & ways this property may be used. The Farm was
established in 1923. We've remodeled the property for all intensive
purposes in a direction to host special events & serve heritage from the
view point only a nearly 100 year old farm can do. It was originally a
apple peach & grape farm. & now is mostly open field space with the old
network of buildings & immediate grounds as an interesting backdrop to
any event. It can be dressed in country charm, elegance or both with an
old world feel. Its rustic basis is great for any event… The old barn is 70
years old.
There are 2 fountain areas one with a surrounding 8 pointed star
representing a map or compass directional star in hope that those utilizing
it will never loose their way as individuals or couples.. One with a out door
open air arbor and accompanying heart shaped grass area for unique
ceremony arrangements and sits centered to the property with the barn
and other elements as backdrops.
Outside stage 10 X 30 feet and a dance area with close to 1700 square feet..

Mission Statement & Overview
In the beginning I wasn't sure where I was headed with my life.. A troubled youth,,
dysfunctional family,, my education only that of the hard knocks, mis guided choices, poor
religious & ethical examples around me etc. A brief moment at what I thought & was told
was the top in my youth and a long road down the hill there after. A life with many
examples of what I didn't want as my reality... Confused, Ignorant, Ni eve! Yet the Truth,
the Facts were that they were the truth & the facts of my life no matter how unappealing or
ignored. Perhaps it's that which inspired me.. Perhaps it was the let downs of never
bridging the gaps or the failed attempts @ changing my stars, or letdowns from the
climb... Perhaps it's been the combination of all these & perhaps God's will that I might see
to be here now like this..
Now more than ever I see purpose clearly as my visions of the world has expanded.. The
demographics there in also showing a reality full of Facts & Truth... With so much beauty
in the world there is equally much ugliness, ignorance & corruption & I suppose that's my
Mission to be a part of the solutions & not the problems whatever that takes...
Whats being done whats been done hasn't & isn't working to the degree our efforts should
be requiring.
It's organizations with vision, concern & passion & the people who make them up that give
me hope & inspiration.. It's the organizations like these & the people who make them up
that I reach out too for support in every way... Understanding now that it takes a
community to raise a child so to speak... It takes a community to be a good community or
a bad one for that matter. In turn then it must also take the world to be a good world...
Thats the Mission I've taken on.. It's something that requires understanding &
development. Individuals must recognize themselves in the world around them & choose
the right paths the ethical paths regardless their religious, political, or lifestyle choices
granted them by Freedom... Citizenship & the right to freedoms there in must be met with
a responsibility to citizenship at any level along the demographic scale..
Better behavior comes with better awareness of understand a bigger whole.
My personal beliefs tell me that the World can be a better place than it is despite the
ugliness there in... It shows me that one can never really understand the definition of
something beautiful without understanding the definition of something ugly even when it
includes a look at one's self & that through awareness one can change..
My Hope in what I am attempting to accomplish for myself as well the farm and it's direction
& longevity is simple and complex all at the same time.. The Old farm and it's role/ my role
is to serve in many capacities... Heritage Preservation,, Cultural Servitude & Stewardship,,
Awareness Concerns, Business Development, Charitable Contribution, Green
Technology,, Tourism,, Longevity, People Development, Education, Product
Development, Jobs, Workshops,, creative inspiration,, Team Work Development, Impact,
Respect, Growth, all with integrity, concern & passion.
Contributing to the legacy of living & giving as a part of the solutions in the world.
Meeting a new age in history with new innovations & concepts..
For if I can do it resides proof that anyone can..
"I don't have to be someone great but I do have to be someone good"
Reaching that point where I/we want only to give back to the communities around us that
cause has touched our lives regardless how difficult it is to implement for some tainted by
their own experience with life. I/ we have identified specific goals and wish to pass along
these values to future generations, despite those that only feel it declining.
Strategic, meaningful giving does not necessarily require enormous funding. Small
Contributions can make huge differences.

Values are truly meaningful ideas & beliefs close to our hearts, they reflect our principles

poor actions, what should be vs what is, etc. etc. etc.
Now Reaching a point on my path with this project & my fourth season it has become so
important. I am left with no alternative but to ask for assistance from those that can do
so... My pockets shallow,, my life humble, my resources & connections limited,, the
economy horrid & the project huge... With any capabilities visible & possible..
Partnerships, Funding, contributions,, financial gifts, services donated, grants,
combinations there in.. This project will fail with out contributions from those who can
contribute...

Directions:
Centrally located in Northwest Arkansas we are 10.5 miles from Rainbow Curve in
*Bentonville off of Hwy 12... Or 3 miles west of XNA off of Hwy 12.
*Springdale & Lowell Hwy 264 out of Lowell into Cave Springs & then past the south
entrance to the Airport on into Highfill then North on 12 about 1.5 miles, turn west on
Aubrey Long Road,,1 mile.....
*Fayetteville you can catch Hwy 112 into Cave Springs then Hwy 264 into Highfill..
Jump on Hwy 12 North 1.5 Miles turn west on Aubrey Long Road go 1 mile,, you cannot
miss it..
