Café Theatre Rental
PRIVATE PARTY RENTAL FEES:
- For one day not to exceed eight hours and/or one performance: $2,000
- For one day not to exceed twelve** hours and/or two performances: $2,500
- Each additional consecutive eight hour day (one performance): $1,500
NON-PROFIT RENTAL FEES:
All non-profit organizations requesting rental use of the Opera House must submit proof of 501C(3) status.
- For one day not to exceed eight hours and/or one performance: $1,750
- For one day not to exceed twelve** hours and/or two performances: $2,000
- Each additional consecutive eight hour day/one performance: $1,500
- Hourly rates apply after contracted use of rental at $250 per hour.
Margrit Biever Mondavi Theatre Rental

- For one day not to exceed eight hours and/or one performance: $3,500
- For one day not to exceed twelve** hours and/or two performances: $4,750
- Each additional consecutive eight hour day/one performance: $3,000
NON-PROFIT RENTAL FEES:

Hourly rates apply after contracted use of rental at $375 per hour.
Special Event General Liability Insurance may be required.
