We have a raised stage for music; large dance floor; full bar and free off street parking. We are conveniently located in Whittier near freeways and major streets for easy access. Our address is 13305 Imperial Hwy. Whittier, 90605, just west of Carmenita Rd. Decorate as you choose and you can use your own caterer. All at very competitive prices and including liquor / liability insurance. PRICES FOR HALL RENTAL $950 FOR FIVE HOURS. PLUS REFUNDABLE $400 CLEAN/SECURITY DEPOSIT to hold date; balance due 30 days before your rental. Non refundable if cancelled under 30 days 1/2 refunded if over 30 days . Price INCLUDES TABLES,CHAIRS, SECURITY, BARTENDER, INSURANCE. LINENS NOT INCLUDED! Those are provided by the renter. BRING IN YOUR OWN CATERER FOR FOOD . FREE PARKING. RAISED STAGE , DANCE FLOOR. All alcohol is sold by our bar. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL / DRINKS ALLOWED!!! You can bring in fruit punch or lemonade for your event. Renter is responsible for decorating and clean up Or we will do the clean up for $150.00. Live music okay even if event ends after midnight. COME ON DOWN! Services We offer the following services... Pricing info. is $950 for five hours, plus refundable $400 cleaning security deposit. Additional hours are $50.00 per hour. Cut off time is 12 midnight . Includes tables, chairs, insurance, bartenders, security, use your own caterer for food . Live music or DJ is okay . Free parking. No extra charge to come in up to two hours before your event to set up and decorate. 1 hour after for clean up. $25.00 per hour after. All drinks are purchased here at our bar.
