Additional costs include 10.5% San Diego occupancy tax, cleaning fee and refundable damage deposit.

Fifty percent (50%) of the rental amount is due to secure your reservation. The final balance, including balance of rent, tax, cleaning and deposit, are due 45 days prior to your stay.  Your initial payment is 100% refundable (less a $50 per villa fee) up to 45 days prior to your stay. At 45 days, you must either cancel or pay your balance in full.  Refunds for cancellations made within 45 days are subject to the property being rebooked. Every effort will be made to rebook as many of our vacation rentals as possible to ensure a 100% refund - less the $50 per villa fee.  If rebooking is not possible, damage deposit, taxes and cleaning fee will, of course, be refunded.

When booking for a special event and exclusive use of the property, all five vacation rentals must be rented. Rates shown are for all 5 rentals together.

We do require you to obtain event insurance (from your own carrier) indemnifying the owners, agents and employees of Ocean View Villas if you will be having "an event."
